The prices indicated in the tariff must be increased with the corresponding VAT except Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Europe and all countries abroad.
PAYMENTS
Once you have received our confirmation, the Proforma payment will be made by: Bank transfer (bank designated by TROPICART).
WEB SELLING
It is recommended to consult the company before placing the order. Returns are not allowed for subjective criteria of choice. All orders placed by catalog will only be accepted by fax or e-mail.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that defective products are found in terms of their commercial quality during or after delivery, the customer must notify TROPICART immediately by fax or e-mail ( info@tropic-art.es ) within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If upon receiving the products back the company understands that these are defective, the same items will be sent free of charge or paid in case of unavailability of these.
